Privacy & cookies

The Demetralium studio respects visitors' privacy and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Below we explain what data we collect, for what purpose and what your rights are.

Data controller

DEMETRALIUM S.R.L., VAT ID 51653578, based in Arad, România. For any question about your personal data, contact us at demetralium@gmail.com or at +40 750 441 532.

What data we collect

Data you provide voluntarily. When you submit the contact form, your name, email, phone, project type and location, and message are stored on the studio’s server. Authorised staff can review them in the administration panel and, when notifications are enabled, receive them by email. We use them to respond and discuss your project.

Technical data. Like any website, the hosting server may record minimal technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) in security logs. We do not use it to identify or profile you.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to answer your requests and manage a possible collaboration (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures) and for our legitimate interest in communicating with potential clients and keeping the site secure (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep the data

Form submissions and internal notes are stored in the application for up to 365 days after receipt; traffic statistics for up to 90 days. Expired records are removed during the next cleanup operation. Email correspondence and collaboration documents are managed separately. You can request deletion of your data using our contact address.

Google Maps

The reviews section may display Google Maps content, subject to Google’s terms and privacy policy. Reviews are requested by our server without visitor identifiers. Author images load from Google, which receives the IP address needed to deliver the image; we send no cookies or Referer header for these images.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. We currently use no third-party analytics or marketing services. Data may be processed technically by our email and hosting provider, as processors, strictly to deliver the service.

Cookies

Your cookie choice is stored locally for 180 days. After analytics consent, a random browser identifier is stored locally for up to 90 days and pseudonymised on the server to measure visits and returns. We record paths without URL parameters, referring domains, contact interactions without field contents, visible time and loading performance. When supplied by Cloudflare, we also record the approximate country, city and region associated with the IP, without requesting GPS location. The server-observed IP, when available from trusted infrastructure, is retained for up to 30 days; other analytics data for up to 90 days. Browser-reported technical information may include user agent, languages, timezone, screen and viewport sizes, pixel density, touch support, approximate hardware capabilities and network information. Details are accessible only to the authenticated owner. The purpose is understanding site use based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Rejection or no choice produces no analytics and no earlier activity is reconstructed. Withdrawing consent stops collection across open tabs and removes local identifiers; data already received expires under the retention policy. A browser is not a person; IP addresses may be shared or change. We do not request GPS location, access personal files or track across sites. The admin authentication cookie is necessary.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to us at demetralium@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the site or legal requirements evolve. The current version is the one shown here, with the last-updated date noted above.
